Summary
This Workshop will give a broad introduction to Meditation, and is aimed to those who have some understanding of Yoga &/or Meditation practice. No prerequisite to Yoga or Meditation is required. All specialised terms will be explained, and Questions are encouraged throughout the Workshop to ensure the information and practices are properly understood. This is a Workshop, not a lecture, so be prepared to listen, ask questions, and apply the practices offered, on the day.
Fee:
$120 (for the 4 hours plus Q & A, over 2 days). Payment in Advance only.
Conditions
You can attend the first day, but you cannot attend the second day if you miss the first day. You cannot send someone else to attend for you(in your place) on the second day. The Fee for the first day only is $120, payable in advance.
Attendees
A minimum of 6 people will be at this Workshop and a maximum of 24 people is permitted.
