Meditation and Yoga Workshops

Yoga, Meditation, Art and Study Workshops are scheduled Wednesday evenings throughtout the year. These Workshops support and integrate with all of the physical practices in the weekly timetable, and aim to deepen an individual's understanding and practice to more refined levels.

Weekend Retreats are scheduled a number of times each year.

Wednesday evenings 6.35pm to 8.00pm - $29 includes CD or DVD where applicable and written notes, drawings, and any art materials.
